Lyn Burton, Executive Director of Affordable Housing Connections in St. Paul, Minnesota, has created a certificate program entitled Leadership in Affordable Housing, launched at Hamlin University. She is promoting multi-cultural enrollment in a course designed to develop a solid knowledge of the econimcs of affordable housing as well as the history and key political and economic issues that created the affordable housing crisis.
